An acquisition by UBER is a possibility. Also, what moat do they have against UBER eating their cake?

Uber has dabbled its toes in this space on an off over the years, but sold their aviation mobility platform to Joby in 2020. I think they tried briefly to run a helicopter service out of lower manhattan but discontinued it. I think the moats here are more significant than car service to be honest

Not sure. To the extent they own the equipment already their capital is sunk and they are seeking maximum utilization though right?

Sure. Am just wondering at what point they exhaust the capacity of the current fleet of helicopters and will need the owners to invest in additional assets
